Offensive Maneuver

All thrusting-capable weapons have an ATN for thrusting. Some weapons are better suited to this form of attack, as reflected in the ATN. Thrusts are also notoriously fast and therefore act as if the thrusting party's Reflex was 1 higher, should initiative tie (as when both sides declare aggression simultaneously).

Should two parties with equal Reflex thrust at the same time both attacks are rolled at once – it was not uncommon for two fencers to die upon one another's blade after such a mistake.

All fighters know this maneuver.
